Target Group: Beginners to intermediate riders

The participant-oriented practical seminar is aimed at all riders who want to train their balance, coordination and mobility on the horse in order to sit more smoothly and ride better. A general assessment with motoric tests and a seat analysis on the riding simulator are intended to determine a comprehensive picture of coordinative and conditioning skills, as well as the mobility of the rider. In the evaluation, muscular imbalances or movement restrictions can be detected. The practical phase begins with general athletic exercises for the targeted improvement of physical deficits, which can also be carried out at home. With the help of the riding simulator, the individual weaknesses of the participants are controlled and specific mobility, coordination and balance exercises are carried out on the horse. The practical seminar ends with a mobility routine tailored to the individual requirements of riders.
